Individual treatments
90-minute massage
A 90-minute appointment allows plenty of time to explore several 'niggles' or problem areas. It can also be used as a first appointment if you wish to allow more time for treatment after your consultation
Initial consultations (60 minutes)
At least 60 minutes is necessary for all first appointments, your therapist will take the time to get to understand your body, your goals, problems, and any barriers to success you might be facing. After the consultation, the remaining 45 minutes will be treatment.
60-minute massage
60 minutes is the most popular slot, it gives you the opportunity to exploring some deeper restrictions. It can also be used for general maintenance to prevent injury.
30-minute massage (existing clients only)
A 30-minute massage is ideal for those who only require one area to be worked, e.g. back, legs or shoulders, or for ongoing remedial treatment. This is only available to existing clients that have had their initial consultations.

Cancellations
Where appointments are cancelled at late notice, this time can not be reallocated to other patients. A cancellation charge of 50% of the standard fee is charged if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours. A no show will result in 100% charge.
